PROFILE
Design should be felt before it’s understood.
Corey Rineair is the founder and creative director of Corey Rineair Design, a boutique studio known for crafting immersive, design-driven environments. After leading the Interiors Studio at Plume Interiors + Light, a firm focused on the cross-pollination between interiors and lighting, she reintroduced her studio in 2016 with a renewed vision, expanding her portfolio to include a development sector and a growing roster of projects both in Cincinnati and across the country.
Her deep appreciation for design and architecture began at an early age. Her father’s work as an architectural photographer gave Corey a unique lens through which to experience space, shaping her understanding of form, light, and composition. Today, her innate sense for timeless design, paired with a bold and innovative edge, allows her to transform interiors into immersive, experiential environments. Her signature style is often described as “edgy sophistication.”
Each project is thoughtfully tailored to elevate the user experience, creating spaces layered with intention and detail that go far beyond the expected. Corey is passionate about infusing depth and meaning into her work, establishing strong conceptual narratives behind every material, fixture, fabric, and bespoke furniture piece.
With recent expansion into new markets and an increasing presence outside of Cincinnati, the studio continues to gain momentum, bringing its distinct point of view to a diverse range of hospitality, commercial, and development-driven projects.
Her work has been featured in numerous print and online publications, including Condé Nast Traveler, Boutique Design Magazine, Garden & Gun, U.S. News & World Report, Draper James Blog by Reese Witherspoon, Travel + Leisure, Vogue, and the Cincinnati Enquirer, among others.
